Selection criteria
All applicants are assessed on their academic and personal achievements, and only those individuals with strong leadership qualities and real management potential are selected. In addition, the screening process assesses maturity, commitment and a student's willingness to dedicate considerable time to a demanding career.
Academic background
Only students with appropriate pre-university qualifications will be considered. The list below provides the minimum selection requirements. If qualifications from your country of origin are not included please contact the Academy for details.
The Emirates Academy typically requires the following school leaving certification:
* International Baccalauréate

The panel will assess the candidate's motivation and establish the extent to which their professional aspirations fit The Emirates Academy profile.
