Course Overview
During the workshop participants will have an opportunity to participate in interview simulations where immediate feedback will be provided to them. The participants will have to create interview templates, learn principles of good interviewing techniques and how to apply them in the work.

To aid the participants to minimize subjectivity in selection, ensuring that hiring is based on evidence rather on assumption, through standardizing the process by using competency based interviewing.
