Course Overview
Team Building with a difference, forget ropes, raft building courses and golf outings: Cooking is the new wave in corporate team-building exercises, and who better than The Emirates Academy to meet your needs. Food always brings people together. Culinary Team Building events create an environment that promotes creativity, communication and cooperation amongst participants, allowing them to relate in ways not possible in the office. With the assistance of our expert chef Michael Kitts, team members work together to prepare a gourmet meal in a fully functional kitchen, and then "break bread" while enjoying their meal together. Prior culinary experience not required!

Course Outline
To produce a course meal from a box of mystery ingredients in a specified time, using the resources within The Emirates Academy kitchen and restaurant. If the team consists of more than 10 participants, the team will be split into two teams. One of them will be in the kitchen while the other team will be learning how to flambé, delegates will then be put into small teams to practice. Teams will then allocate their best flambé person for a fun competition.
Course Material
The course fee includes everything required for the class work including ingredients, recipe and handouts.
Prerequisites
No pre-work is required for the course.
Certification
Certificates will be presented upon completion of each course.
Dress Code
We want you to be comfortable when cooking, after all this is a ‘hands-on’ course. Please wear comfortable, closed in shoes and long trousers.

Instruction materials & refreshments are included in the course fee. Accommodation and transportation are not included in the "Course Fees".
