Shaun has a breadth of experience in Learning and Development and HR. Previous to his 7 years running his own company, Shaun was the Regional HR & LD Manager for Hilton. His early career was spent within the retail sector.  Relevant training qualifications include: CTA, GTT & OTA, Assessor & Verifier qualifications D32, CIPD and Institute of Leadership & Management.

Course Overview

The success of any training program depends on the quality of the trainers or instructors. We all know the instructor can make or break the success of the training. Many knowledgeable instructors are not effective because they lack the effective training skills. This programme will show you how to train effectively and efficiently.

New or inexperienced trainers, Team leaders, Supervisors, Department trainers, Managers, anyone responsible for the training and development of groups or individuals



Course Objectives

The aim of the program is to develop the ability of participants who have the responsibility for off-job training in an organization to design, develop and deliver successful training with enhanced techniques in order to train a group.

This implies the passing on of knowledge & effecting attitudinal changes (i.e. information or Theory based) on a group basis away from the workplace.

The programme does not require any prerequisites.


Certification

Certificate will be given upon successful completion of three assessments.
