What about the dress code?
Professional Dress Code
Students must be formally dressed, in compliance with the requirements of a management position in any public or private work environment. This dress code applies during working days from Sunday to Thursday, from the start until the end of all classes, every semester.
During evenings and weekends (unless banquets or other special events are organized) students may wear smart casual clothing. Dressing properly, whether in everyday or professional clothes, includes taking care of them (clean, pressed, shoes polished) and paying attention to the style and colour. The wearing of caps or hats is not permitted, nor is wearing sunglasses inside the buildings, but cultural diversity of business and casual dress is acceptable.
During practical classes in kitchen and service, professional kitchen or service outfits will be worn as per the instructions of the Chef and Restaurant Instructors. Uniforms are a visible sign of professionalism and should be worn with pride and enthusiasm.
Personal hygiene is essential in service professions and it requires continuous attention. Hair must be well groomed.
