| The programme comprises eight semesters spread over almost four years. Five of these semesters are spent at The Emirates Academy in Dubai and two semesters optionally at either Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland or The Emirates Academy. Students will spend one semester in an international operational internship at a quality hotel, restaurant, club or park, in a location in the UAE or elsewhere in the world. | |
