Olga, a PhD holder from Bristol University, UK, teaches Business Ethics, HRM and Organisational Behaviour as well as delivers a series of professional training programmes on Corporate Social Responsibility and other related areas. As part of this role, Olga also delivered a series of professional development programmes in the areas of Human Resources, Organisational Change as well as Coaching and Team Integration.

Course Overview
The programme will help you to enhance the skills and competencies necessary to motivate team members in a not judgmental way for improved performance and commitment. The course is about realization, awareness and developing critical coaching skills.
