Course Focus
We have now introduced the “Cookery Course for Keen Amateurs” created to help keen amateurs discover what it takes to succeed in the culinary world.
The “Cookery Course for Keen Amateurs” is designed and developed by Michael Kitts, Executive Chef/Lecturer Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management and is for anyone and everyone who is passionate about food and cooking.
Key Benefits
The course has been designed so that even first time cooks/amateurs can participate. Because the classes are limited to 10 delegates only there will be personalised attention, you will work side by side with the instructor and develop your culinary skills.
Delegate pre-work
No pre-work is required for the course.

This course is designed for people who really enjoy cooking and entertaining family and friends.
Certification
Certificates will be presented upon completion of each course.
Course Materials
The course fee includes everything required for the class work including ingredients, recipe and handouts.
Registration
All bookings must be confirmed in writing to Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management. Course fees are payable upon confirmation of booking and an invoice will be sent to you. Bookings cannot be confirmed until payment and a completed application form is received. Fees paid are non-refundable.
Dress Code
We want you to be comfortable when cooking, after all this is a ‘hands-on’ course. Please wear comfortable, closed shoes and long trousers.
Course Fees: AED 750/Course
Instruction materials, lunch and beverages are included in the course fee. Accommodation & transportation are not included in the “Course Fees”.
