Course Overview

Successful communication depends on understanding others, being understood and interacting well together.  This workshop focuses on the factors involved in communicating our messages, both verbal and non-verbal.  The starting point is an understanding of the communication process itself, then the focus shifts to an understanding of others, an awareness of self and the importance of assertive language.  With this in place, attendees will be able to communicate more effectively and with more impact.
