Course Overview

The modern manager needs to know how to develop people. This course shows how to plan, prepare and implement coaching in order to improve both individual and businesses performance. It also looks at the relationship between coaching, mentoring and training. Course will be certificated on completion of work based assignment and how this has added value.



Target Audience

Our coaching training courses enable delegates to understand the processes which will make them more effective and increase their confidence and sense of achievement. Course Material

The course fee includes everything required for the class work including notebooks, articles, note-paper and pencils.
