Course Overview
The Management Development Programme for Restaurant Managers offers cross-organisational insight into the fast paced life of a restaurant manager. The programme provides a thorough understanding of management from managing teams and yourself to delivering exceptional customer experiences. It enables participants to transfer newly acquired management skills and techniques to their daily professional environment. Participants are encouraged to think ‘out of the box’, benchmark their own management skills, and share their professional experience and challenges with fellow participants from other business environments and industries. The programme is supported with an action plan how they will add value on return to their restaurants.

This course has been designed for experienced Assistant and Restaurant Managers.
