Course Overview

The Management Development Programme for Restaurant Managers offers cross-organisational insight into the fast paced life of a restaurant manager. The programme provides a thorough understanding of management from managing teams and yourself to delivering exceptional customer experiences. It enables participants to transfer newly acquired management skills and techniques to their daily professional environment. Participants are encouraged to think ‘out of the box’, benchmark their own management skills, and share their professional experience and challenges with fellow participants from other business environments and industries. The programme is supported with an action plan how they will add value on return to their restaurants.

 

Target Audience

This course has been designed for experienced Assistant and Restaurant Managers.

·         Understand yourself, team and customers easier using techniques and models used on the course

·         Clearly understand conflict management

·         Use knowledge gained in team roles in order to manage teams more effectively

·         Use coaching techniques to improve performance

Course Material

The course fee includes everything required for the class work including notebooks, articles, note-paper and pencils.

 

Prerequisites

No pre-work is required for the course.

 

Certification

Certificates will be presented upon completion of the course.

A maximum amount of 14 participants

 

Course Fee

AED  2900 per participant

Instruction materials & refreshments are included in the course fee. Accommodation and transportation are not included in the "Course Fees".
