In November 2007, with three years of graduates-- a total of 77 people-- the time was right for The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management to establish an Alumni Association. Since our graduates work all over the world, we felt an Association would serve to keep them in touch with us and each other, creating a strong Academy network.

Launch
The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management Alumni Association Launch was held on November 7th, in conjunction with Graduation Week festivities. Fifty graduates and faculty from the Academy attended, as well as two representatives from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. We were especially pleased that, because they were here for the Graduation Ceremony and Ball, so many graduates from out of town were able to attend this momentous first meeting of the Alumni Association.
