     | Educational facilities The educational facilities within the Academy's comfortable classrooms are truly state-of-the-art. Excellent audio-visual equipment is complemented by a fully integrated wireless network, to which students can connect via their personal laptops, and high-speed Internet connections. To enhance the students' learning experience, much of the practical training takes place off site in a 'live' environment. The campus also features a modern auditorium, two lecture theatres, a specialised library and several seminar rooms, all equipped with the latest technology. |  |

   | Conference & banqueting The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management has facilities that are suitable for any professional or business-related event, including state-of-the-art meeting rooms and attractive banquet rooms. The history of The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management already includes a remarkable list of successful events such as the launch of the Middle East food industry DataBook, Nestle cooking events, the award ceremony of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, to name but a few. Guest lecturers to the Academy have included such renowned figures as Michel Roux, Ken Hom and Gary Rhodes, as well as industry practitioners and academics such as Chris Ryan and Peter O’Connor. Many companies have used both our premises and our expert faculty, or have simply rented our facilities. |  |

With a private entrance from the spacious car park, the Auditorium offers 148 retractable theatre style seats. It can be transformed into a formal banqueting area with stage and IR controlled light sections. Versatility and style make The Auditorium the perfect venue for corporate meetings, concerts, receptions and formal dinners. |  |
   | Café and conservatory Overlooking the fountain courtyard, the Café and Conservatory both offer home-cooked lunch buffets, as well as snacks and a range of beverages all day long. The Mediterranean style décor and furniture make the rooms a pleasant, relaxed venue for a course or conference meal. The Café is open from 08:00-17:00 hrs from Sunday-Thursday. |  |
   | Restaurant Set off the lobby and reception area and overlooking the fountain area, The Restaurant offers comfortable seating in sophisticated surroundings. An open kitchen allows direct views into the culinary world of the Academy. |  |
