Alumni Association

The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management Alumni Association was formed in November 2007 as a focal point for graduates to get together, network and to continue being part of the Academy’s growth and success. During its inaugural year, the Board of the Academy Alumni Association will be managed by a team of three key members.

The President, Nirvana Govender (Class of 2006), and the Vice-President, Pieter Bruener (2005), will be responsible for developing the annual business plan for the Academy Alumni Associationand for monitoring its implementation and organize meetings.

The Marketing and Communications Officer, Raziena Cajee (2006), will be in charge of designing and maintaining the Academy Alumni Association's website as a basis for communication between alumni.

 A member of The Emirates Academy staff will assume the role of the Student Support Officer and will represent The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management’s interest on the Board of The Emirates Academy Alumni Association.The Board will serve for two years. A new Board of The Emirates Academy Alumni Association and will be elected at the official Alumni meeting in 2009.
Mission Statement

The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management Alumni Association aims to provide graduates of the Academy with all means to foster networking and continuous collaboration among members and with the  Academy itself
